The purpose of this website is to provide a place for DSM enthusiasts to gather, your physical location really does not matter.

Membership is in no way limited to DSM'ers only in the greater Albuquerque area. All are welcome to participate in the forums and in club events as they might unfold. Please do not to be judgmental of the handle that was selected as the domain name or the club. The guys that started this website just happen to live in Albuquerque, NM. There is no hidden agenda here!

This website was the next logical step to the BurqueDSM Yahoo Group that was founded Jun 23, 2004 by Nick (strykerhorse). We thank Nick for his work starting and administrating the Yahoo Group, and for his agreement and support to start this new project.

A thanks also goes out to Danny (95TSi) for working to get the basics of the web site up and for doing a great job moderating the forums and replying to posts. As new moderators come forward this should help to alleviate some of the demands on Danny's time. John (Luke) will try to meet the needs of the community providing the web server, bandwidth, and the domain administration.

For now we are using a bulletin board script that was available FREE. The eventual plan is to upgrade the script to a newer version that has more features, such as, "sticky posts", "who's online", etc. In the meantime, we will let the bulletin board membership grow, and as that progresses we will then make a plan to upgrade the bulletin board scripts.

We look forward to making new friends, sharing knowledge, and supporting our fellow DSM'ers with their current and future projects.
